Welcome to Module 2! In this video, I’ll give you a snapshot of what’s included in this module, The Behavioral Model — the most important tool in your toolbox on your tenure-track journey.

The goal of Module 2 is to introduce the Model and set you up for daily thought downloads. So, hit play and let me share all that we’ll be covering.

Lesson 1:
The Model Overview

In this lesson, you’ll learn all the elements of the Behavioral Model and learn the key levers by which you can change your actions and results.

Lesson 2:
Circumstances

In this lesson, we dive into the Circumstances element of the Model. We will distinguish between facts and stories and learn to neutralize Circumstances.

Lesson 3:
Thoughts

In this lesson, we will learn the importance of Thoughts. We will start recognizing our Belief Systems and learn to change our Thoughts to maximize our results. 

 

Lesson 4:
Feelings

In this lesson, we will explore our Feelings. We will determine our most common feelings and the drivers of those feelings. Then, we will decide which energy-producing feelings we want and which energy-depleting feelings to avoid.

Actions & Results

In this lesson, we will learn how to take Massive Actions on our goals and how our results can reinforce our desired behavioral patterns and beliefs.

Intentional Models

We will learn to build Unintentional and Intentional Models. We are learning how to consciously design our lives with intent and purpose.

Daily Thought Downloads & Models

In this lesson, I’ll share a daily thought download and model building routine and template. This daily practice will set you up for long-term success!
